Comment by PilsnerDk This item might be a homage to the legendary (metaphorically speaking) item Cloak of Flames from EverQuest. Dropped by one of the toughest dragons (Lord Nagafen) at the time of game's release, the item remained highly sought after for many expansions, thanks to its good stats and 36% haste effect. J'zargo - The MUGEN ARCHIVE wiki J'zargo is a Khajiit sorcerer at the college of Winterhold in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.Of all followers, he is is the most powerful, as there is no cap for his level of skill, and thus can make a formidable and valuable ally to the Dovahkiin.Unlike most Khajiit, he will enter cities if they are surrounded by walls. I thought: Dawnbreaker's burst effect is only supposed to affect undead, and ; the Cloak spells aren't supposed to harm allies.
